Who We Are:
We are a family run business that has worked in the Spanish property industry for almost twenty years.
Better Living Spain is one of our latest ventures, working exclusively with our partner offices on the Costa del Sol. Our portfolio of properties spans not only the Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, Estepona, and San Pedro areas, but also includes the municipality of Mijas, town of Benalmádena and the cities of Fuengirola and Malaga too.

You will notice our website is more of a pop up website, a store front if you like, to show some of our latest properties on the market. We invite our customers to tell us their areas of interest, along with their property requirements so that we can then send them a personalised, much more detailed portfolio of property opportunities.
In our experience this serves the customer extremely well, helping to sieve out the endless stream of properties that don't match with what they are looking for.
Location, Location, Location:
Whilst it may sound a little cliché, it is absolutely the number one priority on the list when looking for a property in Spain. The first thing we speak to our customers about is location. Knowing where you want your property to be is incredibly important.
Some of our customers have visited their chosen location for years and know exactly where they want to be. On the other hand, we have many customers who know they want to be on the Costa del Sol, yet are not quite sure exactly where suits them just yet.
Either way, it is all part of the journey of discovery that we love so much, and that's why we are here to help.
What We Do:
Better Living Spain is the brainchild of many years of experiences and observations of the process of purchasing property in Spain. Throughout our time working in the industry, we have gained a real insight into the ever changing Spanish property market.
Working with our customers over the years, we have seen that the sheer volume of properties, agents, and information out there can be overwhelming, not to mention confusing. With the added topic of Brexit for buyers from the UK, things can get complicated quickly when there are multiple companies involved.
What we do at Better Living Spain, is take away the confusion by making the process as simple as we possibly can. We only work with partners who we know and trust, companies that are family run like ourselves, and who share a focus on buying property safely.
